Team Leader - Field Staff

We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and has great communication skills to lead a seasonal team of up to 35 in a variety of indoor and outdoor primary industry environments.

The work is varied and ranges from seasonal processing and grading work, to field work on many different seed crops across the Mid-Canterbury/Ashburton area. You will be a true team player who can get the best from a diverse range of people, can liaise with our clients and ensure the job is done to the required standard.

This is initially a fixed-term role but there are opportunities for permanent employment for the right person. Immediate start.
